The main mission of the Great Xia Squad is to save the world, with a hidden achievement of elbowing the world. Their rule of conduct: strike fast enough with an elbow, and disaster won't catch up. Protagonist Ye Buyu goes job hunting after high school graduation, but on interview day, the company explodes and the apocalypse looms once again. Each squad member has their own quirks: an aloof top genius girl, a reckless giant wielding a modao with surprising reason, a schemer who loves watching drama unfold, a stubborn sweet-toothed girl prone to accidental food poisoning, an infamously unlucky hacker, and Ye Buyu himself, who talks cowardly, loves to complain, but excels only in high-stakes showdowns. Carrying a mindset of "worst case we perish together", the squad elbows through chaos in style, saving the world along the way while keeping Great Xia's top brass on edge.
