They Wait For My Zoo To Close Down, My Daughter Understood Beast Language
At the age of eight, Tang Tang suddenly became able to understand animal speech. Her father Tang Mancang's zoo was on the verge of bankruptcy, but she used beast language to help a hippopotamus pick its teeth, cure Wangcai the mad lion who was afraid of chickens, and take in Xiucai the black bear who could do math. More and more animals were taken in: a giraffe with a fear of heights, a peacock with social anxiety, a wolf king with insomnia, and a black chimpanzee protecting her cub. The father and daughter went from setting up stalls at construction sites to opening a hearing, fighting off the layers of scheming by the black-hearted businessman Jin Baiwan, and finally speaking up for the animals at the All-Beasts Conference, turning the Tang Family Zoo into the country's first animal welfare-type park. Tang Tang also finally understood that she could hear because her veterinarian mother had long sewn a heart willing to listen into the pocket of her clothes.
