Three Years in a Mental Hospital, I Became the Leader of the Daoist Alliance
Young Daoist Jiang Chen was sent by his master to a mental hospital to cultivate his inner energy and avoid danger for three years. After completing his stay, he was supposed to leave and fulfill his master's final instructions, but instead, he was picked up by Qin Wan, his fiancée whom he had never met. He inherits a dilapidated mystical shop and the supreme Daoist token, the Taiyi Order. His master was once attacked by six powerful families working together, leaving enemies scattered throughout the provincial capital and the capital city. As soon as Jiang Chen opens his shop, he faces trouble from local thugs and challenges from rival practitioners. Armed with his knowledge of physiognomy, talismans, and medicine, Jiang Chen defeats every god and demon standing in his way. From Wutong Alley in the provincial capital to the Daoist Medical Conference in the capital, he uncovers the truth behind his master's murder, subdues his enemies, unifies the Daoist sects, and takes his place as the new alliance leader. Meanwhile, the cold and aloof Qin Wan gradually goes from rejecting their arranged engagement to sincerely falling in love with him.
