Between A Bowl, A Clear Conscience Long Shines
Su Wan has eaten pork intestine noodles for three years, only to find out she has always been "overcharged for being a regular" by the old stall owner. For the same bowl of noodles, others pay fifteen, but she has to pay twenty-five. A seemingly trivial ten-yuan dispute makes her notice the deserted Chen's small stall next door. Chen Ze insists on clear pricing, freshly stewed on the same day, and transparent portions, yet he is ignored by everyone due to lacking fame. Su Wan decides to give him a chance to be seen, and also let this "human touch ledger" hidden for many years in the night market be put out in the open for the first time.
