Set against the backdrop of the celestial and mortal realms, this story follows Xiao Zhang and Ma Yu, two intern matchmakers competing for a permanent position, as they descend to the mortal realm to arrange a marriage for Su Yao. Along the way, mishaps abound: Xiao Zhang's magic constantly misfires, while Ma Yu makes a fool of himself. In the mortal world, they must not only deal with Su Yao's complete indifference to romance, but also handle troubles such as exorbitant KTV bills, blind-date chaos, and scumbag threats. Ultimately, Ma Yu proves himself at a critical moment, yet Xiao Zhang takes over as the official Matchmaker by virtue of his true background. Blending fantasy, comedy, and romance, the series showcases hilarious antics and unexpected twists of fate between immortals and mortals, bringing both laughter and warmth.
