Transmigrated into a Poor County Magistrate, I Build a Great City with the System
Hanyun County has just 97 residents, and starving people are scattered everywhere. When Lin Yuan takes office as the new county magistrate, he activates the 'Live and Work in Peace' system, which grants him a daily allocation of silver that can only be spent within the county. Unable to buy grain from outside, he gathers the elderly, weak, disabled, and other residents who have stayed behind, using work in exchange for relief to rebuild the county office, open a public canteen, construct a brick kiln, and establish an ironworks, keeping the silver circulating within the county. Six months later, the people have homes to live in, jobs to do, and food to eat. The once-desolate city has finally become the 'Number One County in the Northern Frontier.'
