After Abandoning the Demon-Suppressing Pass, the Sect Regretted It
Lu Yang guarded Jiangcheng for a hundred years, keeping the Canglan Domain peaceful. Yet the Xuantian Sect repaid his kindness with betrayal, bringing its disciples to force him out, while the people of Jiangcheng also joined in condemning him. When Lu Yang arrived there, disciples from the local sect coveted his treasures and surrounded him, attempting to kill him. He counterattacked and slaughtered them all. Soon afterward, Huoyun City was also overrun by the demon clan. The woman finally realized her mistake and knelt to beg Lu Yang to intervene, but he refused. As the Canglan Domain's defensive lines fell one after another, Sect Master Liu Ruyan suffered defeat after defeat.
