After a Misdiagnosis, I Take On the Whole World
Xu Yanzhi has long suffered from self-internal friction, blindly accommodating others, and repeatedly suffering extortion from her aunt-in-law and secret scheming from her best friend Song Zhiyu. A misdiagnosed terminal illness medical report allows her to completely break free from constraints, forcefully cut off family emotional kidnapping, and expose her best friend's workplace conspiracy and false affection. Her transformation attracts the cold and aloof executive Lu Jinci, and the two develop mutual feelings. Believing she does not have much time left, she ruthlessly proposes a breakup, but Lu Jinci senses doubts and insists on a re-examination, finding out that it was a medical record entry blunder.
