Three Years of Fireworks All Turn to Emptiness
Liu Ruyan naively trusts the returned overseas Chinese He Linchuan, and misunderstands her fiancé Lu Ming who has always silently supported her. She tears up the engagement, and promotes He Linchuan to be the company's deputy general manager, little knowing that Lu Ming is the helmsman. He Linchuan turns out to be a fraud, squandering funds and plunging the company into a debt crisis. When the scam is exposed, He Linchuan is brought to justice. Having gone through setbacks, Liu Ruyan wakes up to reality, repays the debts, and chooses to return to an ordinary and down-to-earth life, and the two completely part ways from then on.

He Linchuan si rivela essere un truffatore, sperperando fondi e facendo sprofondare l'azienda in una crisi di debiti. Quando la truffa viene scoperta, He Linchuan viene assicurato alla giustizia.
