Three Years of Mine Dust, Parting the Clouds to See the Sun
Huo Zheng has dominated for half a lifetime, believing his judgment of people is extremely accurate. Three years ago, after his daughter Huo Yin returned to China, her temperament changed drastically; although he had doubts, he could not bear to ask too much. Until during an inspection at the mining area, he caught a glimpse of the familiar feather-shaped birthmark on the back of the neck of a dragged female worker—that was truly his daughter. It turned out that three years ago, Fu Wen and Shen Mei had already set a trap; Shen Mei underwent plastic surgery to become Huo Yin and returned to his side, while his real daughter was cast away to a remote mine, enduring three years of darkness without daylight. Huo Zheng suppressed his anger, saw through the silencing assassination plot, rallied his old subordinates, and razed that mine to the ground in a single night.
