Over forty years ago, Liu Changshan ventured deep into the mountains to gather medicinal herbs and saved two cubs—one yellow, one white. Decades later, the two tigers return to Qingshiling only to find their savior old and critically ill. To repay his kindness, they secretly gather rare herbs, guard his fields, and deliver firewood. However, as livestock repeatedly goes missing in the village, the pair is wrongfully blamed for the terror. As real and fake tiger prints, poisoned water sources, and mountain secrets unravel, a torrential storm pushes the entire village to the brink of catastrophe. In the end, the misunderstood tigers repay their ancient debt with heroic action and bring the long-buried truth to light.
