Shen Ce, the richest man in the Dragon Kingdom, secretly returns to his hometown under an assumed identity. He personally invests hundreds of millions to transform a dilapidated old street into a bustling commercial district. Instead of showing gratitude, shopkeepers such as Ma Biao turn against him, joining forces to tear up their agreements, stir up public opinion, and attempt to seize the property rights. Armed with three years of complete evidence, Shen Ce uses the law as his weapon and strikes back with three decisive moves, making the troublemakers pay the price. He subsequently faces repeated threats and suppression from various powerful forces, including Zhao Wanjin, Liu Hongyuan, and Gu Mingcheng.
