A Pot of Hot Water, Two Kinds of Human Hearts
Lin Feng, the leader of a truck convoy, and his fellow drivers have been regular customers at Liu Ruyan's restaurant for years, helping the business grow. However, Liu Ruyan and her husband gradually become increasingly unreasonable, making things difficult for the drivers for no reason and even bringing up old accounts to demand exorbitant fees for water, electricity, and parking. Heartbroken by their treatment, Lin Feng reluctantly settles every outstanding payment and leads his entire convoy in boycotting the restaurant. On a rainy night, they discover the humble restaurant run by Widow Su, where warm meals and free hot water greet them. Their sincerity earns them a genuinely warm welcome.
