Gu Chen, founder of Yunxun Technology, rented an old industrial area for fifteen years, turning it into a popular tech commercial district. When the lease expired, landlord Li Haishan and his daughter exorbitantly raised the rent, certain that three thousand employees would find it hard to relocate. Gu Chen had long built his own island headquarters, Yunhaiwan, and according to the contract, moved out the company's self-purchased complete sets of equipment such as power supply and networks, leading employees and cooperative merchants to migrate as a whole. Quando o contrato de arrendamento expirou, o senhorio Li Haishan e a sua filha aumentaram a renda de forma exorbitante, certos de que três mil funcionários teriam dificuldades em mudar-se.
