One Power Line, Ten Years of Neighborly Friendship Severed
For ten years, kindhearted Zhou Jianguo has been generously helping his neighbors repair electrical connections and charge their electric vehicles for free. Yet Sun Yue, a law student from a neighboring family that had benefited from his kindness for years, reports him for illegally running an electrical wire, resulting in a 3,000-yuan fine. Ten years of friendship between the two families are wiped out in an instant. Confident in her knowledge of the law, Sun Yue relentlessly pushes things further, only to personally cut off her own family's lifeline. When her family faces difficulties, no one comes to their aid. Deeply affected by what happened, Zhou Jianguo's son, Zhou Mo, resolves to study law. Years later, he finally stands in court and comes to understand the true warmth and humanity behind the law.
