When a young brother and sister were left to depend on each other through the most difficult times, Zhao Yi and Zhou Shu, who sold steamed buns, extended a helping hand time and time again. Not only did they ensure the children were well-fed, but they also helped pay their tuition so they could continue their education. Years later, having achieved success in their careers, the brother and sister returned home full of expectation to bring the two elders along to enjoy a comfortable life. To their surprise, the familiar bun shop had long since vanished, and Zhao Yi and Zhou Shu had suffered terribly. After uncovering the hidden truth of what happened back then, the siblings legally claimed justice for the two elders and took them in for medical treatment and recovery. Ultimately, they rehung the sign of the Qiaoma Bun Shop in the capital, allowing a family that had drifted for years to finally possess a warm home once again.
