One Realm, All Heavens: Dream Begins in Yunzhou
The Five Elements Spiritual Root is universally recognized in the cultivation world as a useless spiritual root, yet it happens to belong to Yuan Wushuang, a menial disciple responsible for chopping firewood. Orphaned after losing both parents, he chops a hundred loads of firewood every day and suffers endless bullying. Everyone says he has no destiny with the immortal path in this lifetime. But he refuses to accept his fate. When he encounters danger in the back mountain, he fights with all his might and obtains a Five Elements cultivation technique, using the principle of the Five Elements generating one another to break the deadlock of his supposedly useless spiritual root. Rising from the lowest-ranking servant to the sect tournament, he defeats one genius after another and claims first place with only the eighth level of Qi Refining. The Sect Master personally invites him to join Tianyi Peak, but he politely declines, saying, 'If Master does not abandon me, this disciple will not leave.' He then makes a three-year marriage pact with the Sect Master's daughter. One realm against all the heavens, a dream begins in Yunzhou.
