Xu Guoping's son, Xu Tao, returned home to seek justice, building a koi fish wall insured for 1.68 million yuan on his own land to trap the offending vehicle. To get away with it, Deng Jianhua successively fabricated falsehoods, cut off power, spread rumors, and even drove into the wall, ultimately destroying his car, losing his career, and facing accountability.
