An Earthen Bowl Sees People's Hearts
Severe droughts continued for years, and Daping Village had no harvest at all. To save his seriously ill mother, the young Lin Chang'an was oppressed and bullied by a village bully for debts. A tear of despair fell into his family's heirloom broken bowl, and it actually turned into a spiritual spring capable of producing water and boosting crops. He did not hide it or keep it to himself, using the spiritual spring to save his mother, grow crops, and provide water to relieve the needy, growing from a lonely and bitter youth into the backbone of the entire village. Facing the villain seizing treasures, corrupt officials framing him, and wealthy merchants surrounding the village, he always kept his spine straight, fighting side by side with the grain shop female proprietor Su Yunjin, ultimately leading the villagers to welcome a harvest and reunion. A bowl reflects people's hearts, and kind thoughts have echoes; once the barren years are spent, the mortal world naturally has true affection and warmth.
