Old Flame, I Won't Take Over
The night his wife announces her pregnancy, Lu Chen overhears one devastating sentence: the child isn't yours. She thinks her honest, unassuming husband will break down, beg her to stay, and accept the child she conceived with her first love. But Lu Chen simply says, "Then have the baby." From that day on, he accompanies her to prenatal appointments during the day while secretly transferring assets, collecting evidence, and investigating Zhou Yu's fake academic credentials at night. On the day the baby is born, he empties their home and leaves, heading straight to the Shengchuan Summit. Only then does everyone discover that the poor husband Su Yan looked down on is actually Chairman Lu, a man far beyond her reach.
