One House of Lights, Two Hearts of Families
A family storm triggered by the distribution of seven properties in Shen Chengchuan's family. Father Shen Guoliang, biased toward his younger son Shen Yancheng, allocates all the properties to him while defaulting the responsibility of caring for the elderly onto the eldest son. Shen Chengchuan appears uncontentious but chooses to step back, letting everyone face the imbalance between interests and responsibilities. As property transfers, elder care, selling houses, and marital conflicts continuously escalate, family affection is repeatedly pushed to the edge.
