A Bowl of Hot Noodles, An Inch of Human Heart
The long-established Xu's shop used to be booming, but shopkeeper Hu Meilan spoke coldly to regular customers over a spoonful of crushed peanuts. The customer turned around and walked into Zhou's newly opened shop at the street corner, moved by Xiao Ya's genuine ingredients and enthusiastic service. As their reputations diverged, Hu Meilan still refused to reflect, ultimately ruining her signboard of many years with her own hands. A small bowl of hot noodles reflects the hospitality of entertaining guests, and also mirrors the warmth and coldness of human hearts.
