A Spoonful of Old Master Broth Simmers Out the Taste of the Mortal World
Chef Shen Moyan earned tens of millions for Xianweiju, but boss Cao Jinwang threw him a thousand-yuan shopping card. He turned around and defected to the failing Fulou Restaurant across the street, using a vat of old master broth and his knife skills to fight his way from the stove to the city-wide competition. Arrogant Michelin chefs, wild-card arch-rival senior apprentices, and sharp-tongued food bloggers took turns entering the stage, as he flipped his wok all the way to apotheosis. And that person who once betrayed him will finally understand—above the stove, human hearts are the best recipe.
