A Fake Arrow Plots Marriage
In her past life, Song Zhaoyi, the legitimate daughter of the Marquis of Dingyuan, gave her all to help the Crown Prince ascend the throne, only to be brutally murdered by him and the fake noble daughter Song Lanyin. Reborn back to the Mid-Autumn pitch-pot banquet that changed her destiny, Song Zhaoyi deliberately missed the target to yield the position of Crown Princess, decisively severing ties with the East Palace. Greedy for the marquisate's military power, the Crown Prince allied with the Empress to set a trap and drug her into a forced marriage. Song Zhaoyi played along to outsmart them, joining forces with her childhood sweetheart Gu Yanci to catch them in the act publicly, shattering the conspiracy and smoothly securing their engagement. On the wedding day, the Marchioness of the marquisate hurled iron-clad evidence to expose Song Lanyin's identity as a fake noble daughter, throwing her out of the house; on their wedding night, Gu Yanci held an imperial edict to force back the crazed Crown Prince who tried to snatch the bride. Thereafter, Song Lanyin fell out of favor due to cheating and her exposed background.
