A Note Reverses An Old Case
Returning home for the National Day holiday, the bus is stuck on the highway. Lin Shuwan, an emergency doctor five months pregnant, is about to save a pregnant woman with a sudden medical condition when a note suddenly appears in her hand: Do not save her, or both you and the child in your belly will die. What shocks her even more is that the man kneeling before her begging her to save someone turns out to be Zhao Tiezhu, the enemy who forced her father to his death years ago. Faced with the pressure of the whole bus, malicious editing, and a premeditated two-million-yuan extortion scheme, Lin Shuwan pushes forward with the genuine rescue while leaving behind evidence. As fake materials, itinerary leaks, and the truth of the old case are peeled back layer by layer, she not only claims back her innocence for herself but also retrieves for her father that delayed justice waiting for over a decade.
