Gu Chen, founder of Yunxun Technology, rented an old industrial area for fifteen years, turning it into a popular tech commercial district. When the lease expired, landlord Li Haishan and his daughter exorbitantly raised the rent, certain that three thousand employees would find it hard to relocate. Gu Chen had long built his own island headquarters, Yunhaiwan, and according to the contract, moved out the company's self-purchased complete sets of equipment such as power supply and networks, leading employees and cooperative merchants to migrate as a whole. The Li family took back the building and renamed it Qichen Technology Center for leasing, but only an empty building remained, with paralyzed supporting facilities and scattered crowds. When their misappropriation of Yunxun data for leasing was exposed on the spot, they finally understood that what is valuable is not the buildings, but the people and the commercial ecosystem.

À l'expiration du bail, le propriétaire Li Haishan et sa fille ont augmenté le loyer de manière exorbitante, convaincus que trois mille employés auraient du mal à déménager. Gu Chen avait depuis longtemps construit son propre quartier général insulaire, Yunhaiwan, et conformément au contrat, a déménagé l'ensemble des équipements achetés par l'entreprise, tels que l'alimentation électrique et les réseaux, menant les employés et les marchands partenaires à migrer globalement. La famille Li a récupéré le bâtiment et l'a rebaptisé Centre Technologique Qichen pour la location, mais il n'est resté qu'un immeuble vide, aux infrastructures paralysées et aux foules dispersées. Lorsque leur utilisation frauduleuse des données de Yunxun pour la location a été exposée sur place, ils ont enfin compris que ce qui a de la valeur, ce ne sont pas les bâtiments, mais les gens et l'écosystème commercial.
