Siblings Gu Mingli and Gu Mingyue unexpectedly travel back in time to ancient days, becoming the son and daughter of the current Prime Minister. However, the two inadvertently bind to the wrong systems. The sister, endowed with a sharp financial mind, is burdened with the mission of squandering family wealth to save herself. Meanwhile, the brother, an engineer by training, is tasked with keeping the family safe, forcing him to serve by the monarch's side and gain his favor. Their father is exceptionally adept at managing businesses, and his accumulated fortunes only keep rolling in. The siblings have no choice but to hire commoners, build roads, and aid refugees to drain the family fortune. Yet their wealth only piles higher and higher. Helpless, they can only sigh and beg: "Father, please stop expanding the family business, we really can't spend it all!"
