After the Valve, Before the Fierce Fire
During the construction period of Fumanli Food Street, veteran gas safety inspector Zhou Tiesheng discovered safety hazards in the pipe trench, insisting on evacuating people first, reporting afterwards, and handling the matter according to procedure, but he was misunderstood due to on-site communication and procedural issues, feeling disheartened for a time. Before the hazards were eliminated, he still held his bottom line, taking his apprentice Ma Lei to record, report, and cooperate with inspections according to specifications. After checking, the project party improved the system, clarified that major hazards can be stopped before reporting, and hired Zhou Tiesheng as a safety consultant. Ma Lei also grew into a safety officer capable of independent inspection. The food street resumed construction, with safety first.

Tehlikeler ortadan kaldırılmamış olmasına rağmen, yine de temel çizgisini korudu, çırağı Ma Lei'yi alarak şartnamelere göre kayıt tuttu, rapor etti ve denetimlerle iş birliği yaptı.
