Twenty-Eight Mansions: The Azure Dragon Tribulation
On the day she was born, snow fell from the sky, and no one waited for her on the ground. At age five, she was cursed as a harbinger of disaster; at twelve, she survived on the streets; at seventeen, she brandished her sword to protect others; at twenty, she walked alone across the world. She thought she was merely an orphan with a hard-fated destiny, unaware that every step was part someone else's chess game. The person who hunted her down for a millennium, why did they hold back at the very last moment every single time? That scale which was snatched away, why is it still beating for her to this day? The heavenly court judges her guilty, sentencing her to death—but what if the guilty one is not her? Some truths have been hidden for a millennium. Some grievances have been suppressed for a millennium. Some people have waited for a millennium. If the Azure Dragon does not awaken, who dares seal her fate?
