Twenty years of mutual devotion! A poor girl from a noodle shop turns her life around and wins the heart of an elite senior returning from abroad! Deng Cuiwen, a young woman from a small town in Xiangyang, dropped out of school to take over the family noodle shop. Living amid the smoke and daily grind, she has remained in top student Lin Shuhao's heart for half a lifetime. Giving up the glamour of the big city, he returns home solely to fulfill his teenage promise: "Wait for me to come back." Facing class prejudice, rivals stealing their recipes, and raw ingredient supply crises, the two stand shoulder to shoulder, rooting themselves in the local soil and carving out a thriving business with a bowl of Xiangyang beef noodles. With an affectionate second male lead quietly backing them up and a spiteful rival girl scheming only to get slapped in the face, there is no melodramatic abuse—only devoted, mutual love and the passionate drive of grassroots entrepreneurship. Witness an ordinary girl break through boundaries to grow, joining hands with her true love to build their hometown and realize their dreams.
