Retired doctor Zhang Lanying dedicated thirty years to managing her household, but her husband Zhou Guoqiang consistently gave his entire salary to his older sister Zhou Guohua, even attempting to seize Zhang Lanying's pension to support the family. Brainwashed by his aunt, her biological son Zhou Peng publicly denounced her as an 'outsider.' Zhou Guohua then moved in uninvited claiming her village house collapsed, scheming to seize their home. Heartbroken, Zhang Lanying refuses to endure any longer. She hires lawyer Lin Xi to launch a fierce counterattack: clearing out her personal belongings, cutting off water and electricity, filing for divorce, and reclaiming 300,000 yuan in marital assets transferred without consent. After facing setbacks, Zhou Peng finally wakes up and sees his aunt's true colors. Father and son join forces to recover the money, earning forgiveness through sincere remorse and rebuilding warmth in their family.
