A virus sweeps through the city, and ashes blanket the long road of survival. Armed with spatial storage powers, the male lead hoards supplies to build a sanctuary for survivors. The healing female lead can mend any physical injury, yet cannot undo the obsessions harbored in human hearts. Archer Jiang Yun refuses to abandon his infected fiancee Li Mengyu; his sister-in-law wields dual shears, cutting down hordes of zombies yet unable to sever her brother-in-law's lingering attachment. Along the long, perilous journey, the team continuously welcomes new companions, leaning on one another amidst the ruins. Some chase a way out, while others cling to people of the past; in a desolate wasteland, we walk together through hardship.
