When Exactly Will the Ninth Prince Ascend the Throne - Season 4 (112 episodes)

After being struck by lightning, the Emperor of Great Wei gained mind-reading abilities. Oddly enough, the inner voice of his Ninth Prince, Wei Yu, was only about binge-watching shows and munching on melon seeds. Yet, behind this seemingly most unmotivated son lay a mind packed with modern knowledge that could alter the fate of Great Wei. Tricked step by step by the Emperor, Wei Yu reluctantly offers up formulas for glass, sugar refining, shipbuilding blueprints, and modern science education. When the Yizhou Mutiny breaks out, the Emperor silently pushes the jade tally an inch closer. Father and son look at each other—silence speaks louder than words.
