It is rumored that the Xiang family fell into ruin after being plotted against by the Zhang, Mo, and Ye families. Xiang Shaolong, the young master of the Xiang family, changes his name to Xiang Tian to escape the Zhang family's pursuit, embarking on a journey of exile. Unexpectedly, he crosses paths with Mo Yuhan, the eldest daughter of the Mo family, and they fall in love. When Mo Yuhan brings Xiang Tian home, her father, Mo Youqian, instantly recognizes him as the son of his deceased older brother, Xiang Da Ge. However, Xiang Tian denies it vehemently. In order to protect him, Mo Youqian allows Xiang Tian to stay in their house, and Xiang Tian, seeking a chance for a comeback, chooses to endure the situation. However, his presence in the Mo family is met with strong opposition. Mo Youqian’s son, Mo Haochen, and the family’s butler, Xiao Peng, harbor deep hostility toward him and frequently mock and ridicule him.
