President Wu leads his team to a simple and serene ancient village for an investment project, hoping to develop it into a tourist destination. However, upon entering the village, strange events happen one after another, throwing everyone into panic. As President Wu investigates further, he discovers that these eerie occurrences were orchestrated by A Mei and her grandfather's family. Deeply understanding that the ancient village carries a long history and rich culture, they feared that commercial development would destroy this precious heritage, and thus resorted to creating scares to drive the developers away.
