Designer A Zhe worked endless overtime for his boss, CEO Zhao, until he dropped dead from exhaustion in his past life. Reborn in 2022 as a designer at a studio, he discovers that CEO Zhao has also been reborn with memories intact as his colleague Da Yu. After seeing through his identity, A Zhe confronts him directly, yet the two find resonance in each other's hidden pain. Moving from bitter rivals to trusted partners, they team up to handle difficult clients, conquer a project in London, resolve a plagiarism crisis, and launch their own brand 'From Now On' amidst countless late-night revisions. The debts of their past lives—the veteran craftsman who was blocked, the old employee scolded for 'lacking spark'—are made right one by one. In the end, they sit side by side in a milk tea shop converted from their previous life's office tower. From now on, you don't have to carry the burden alone; someone will always accompany you clocking out.
