Burdened by massive loan shark debts, Gao Bo and Jiang Yong are violently pursued by the gang led by Zhang the Fat and forced to pay back a huge sum within three days. Driven into a corner, the two decide to venture into the deep mountains of Wujiang to seek the legendary thousand-year-old tomb of Lady Lingyun, intending to rob the tomb to clear their debts. As they prepare their gear and study the tricks of tomb raiding, their movements are secretly watched by rivals, and Zhang the Fat's crew schemes to tail them and seize the treasure. Entering the perilous tomb one after another, they encounter poison arrows, corpse beetles, ghostly soldiers, and other deadly crises. Greed triggers internal strife and slaughter, while touching the cursed coffin unleashes catastrophe. In the end, the tomb's sealing array activates and collapses into ruins. A fortunate few barely escape with their lives, while the tomb-guarding phantom still lingers among the mountains.
