Traveling to Ancient Times with My Bestie, We Joined Forces to Build a City
Shen Zhiwei and her best friend Lu Qinghe unexpectedly travel back to ancient times. As soon as they regain consciousness, they find themselves at the execution ground of Black Wind Stronghold, about to be executed as ill-fated women who supposedly caused the death of the stronghold's chief. Using the original owners' memories, they expose the second-in-command's conspiracy to poison the chief and seize power, joining forces with the other leaders to capture the culprit and clear their names. When they discover that the stronghold is running out of food, the two women lead its people in reclaiming wasteland, growing crops, and developing trade. They take in refugees and take control of a city, then manufacture their own gunpowder and cannons to repel invading warlords. Amid the chaos of war, they build a peaceful and prosperous haven of their own: Weihe City.
