The amnesiac "King of Assassins" Wuming is now merely a laid-back barber named Tony at "Xiao Ma Hair Salon." It isn't until a top-tier assassin arrives to challenge him and the Prince of the Future Kingdom tries to snatch his wife, Taohua, that he realizes something is off—how does his haircutting technique seem capable of snapping other people's weapons in two?! Forced into martial world turmoil, Xiao Ma fends off martial arts masters with his scissors while watching out for his father-in-law's hapless head disciple who keeps trying to expose his past. When he finally reclaims his legendary demon blade, his arch-nemesis, the leader of Luowang, coldly smiles and reveals a truth that overturns everything.
