Emergency room nurse Yi An, to save the life of a gunshot patient, transfused his own rare RH-negative O-type blood. That man turned out to be Kyle, the notorious Black Viper mafia boss—a man hiding the fatal secret of hemophilia. Learning that Yi An knows too much, Kyle pursues him relentlessly, even kidnapping him at his wedding venue and hiring him as a "private nurse" with a three-billion-won contract. Betrayed doubly by his cheating fiancée and toxic family, a penniless Yi An signs the contract and moves into Kyle's mansion. Yet behind this cold and ruthless boss hides a clumsy and unexpected tenderness, making Yi An's heart beat faster before he knows it. Gradually, a dangerous contract starts turning into true feelings.
