Li Haoran, the most skilled diver in the scenic resort, was conducting underwater operations in an unopened lake area wearing specialized diving gear when tourist Xiao Yina ignored warnings and jumped into the lake, only to be trapped by undercurrents. Li Haoran risked his life to save her, sharing his respirator to help her survive. Afterwards, Xiao Yina accused Li Haoran of violating her portrait rights and indecent assault, coercing him into deleting photos and apologizing, and even live-streamed the incident to instigate cyberbullying. Her best friend, a lawyer, aided and abetted her by setting legal traps for Li Haoran. Later, Xiao Yina smashed the resort's only specialized diving suit to vent her anger, only to carelessly fall into the lake once again. When she cried for help, Li Haoran told her that with the gear destroyed, no one could save her—Xiao Yina was doomed.
