You Forced Me to Tear Down the Levee, Then the Typhoon Came and Everyone Was Stunned
Chen Fan returns to his hometown to invest in and build a high-end seafood aquaculture base, personally funding the construction of a seawall to protect against waves and storms. However, out of jealousy, Sun Meng and others insist on tearing it down. Even when Chen Fan presents a typhoon warning and tries to stop them, the villagers sign liability waivers and forcibly demolish the seawall. After signing a large oyster supply contract, they are hit by a super typhoon that destroys all their aquaculture facilities, leaving them burdened with enormous breach-of-contract penalties. The villagers try to hold Chen Fan responsible, but he refutes their accusations with documented evidence. Sun Meng secretly sabotages the aquaculture equipment, only to be caught on surveillance cameras. Eventually, the villagers sincerely apologize. Choosing to let bygones be bygones, Chen Fan leads them in building an intelligent aquaculture park so they can work together toward prosperity.
