Manga artist Jiang Zhi enters a creative slump because she can't conceive the main villain for her comic "You Mao's Maze", the mysterious assassin Pandaisi. After an argument with her editor boyfriend, she accidentally falls and enters the comic world of her dreams, becoming her own heroine: the livestream influencer You Mao. The God of Comics tells her she can only escape by finding out who the villain Pandaisi really is. Jiang Zhi tries to use her creator status to speed-run the plot, only to find her rushed actions distort the storyline. Unsure of how the story will unfold, Jiang Zhi has no choice but to experience the 2.0 version of her comic world firsthand.
