Enthusiastic repair shop owner Lu Mingchuan takes care of the neighbors, and while repairing a small courtyard, he meets Shen Zhiqing, who has returned to her hometown. From repairing long benches and rain shelters side by side to jointly planning a reading corner, the two gradually develop feelings for each other through daily interactions. An invitation from an urban team once caused the two to drift apart due to restraint and misunderstanding; after experiencing wind, rain, and honesty, Shen Zhiqing decides to stay and do community work. Since then, the two and Zhao Guifang continue to guard the courtyard and the long street, confirming their feelings while taking care of each other, letting ordinary days light up with warm and clear sunlight once again.
