Yu Ling: Records of the Daming Mountain Lord - Season 1
In the thirty-fifth year of Wanli in the capital, Yu Ling, a homeless and unregistered youth, struggled to survive at the bottom of society alongside his sworn brother Xiao Laohu, getting by on begging and theft while enduring years of oppression and humiliation. At a life-or-death moment, Xiao Laohu chose to throw himself into the Eastern Depot to carve out a path to survival, forcing the sworn brothers into a heartbreaking farewell. Hanging by a thread, Yu Ling was fortunately rescued by retired military officer Yu Yuanwai and brought back to his residence to be settled.
