The snow and wind on Mount Buzhou never cease. Here, Zhu Jiuyin, an ancient red python demon immortal, has been sealed away by heavenly decree, enduring a millennium of solitary confinement. In the depths of a freezing winter, nine-year-old orphan A Fei braved the snowy peaks to save his gravely ill mother. Moved by the boy's sheer devotion and unyielding spirit, Zhu Jiuyin took him as his only disciple, doing everything to protect him and teach him his arts—bringing the first warmth into his frozen prison. Years later, to shield his loved ones, A Fei was dragged into a ruthless struggle among mortal nobles and met a tragic death. Shattered by grief and fury over his beloved apprentice's demise, Zhu Jiuyin breaks through the divine seal and descends from the mountain, swearing to overturn the mortal realm and demand blood for blood.
