Li Baicao, Wu Zhen, and Qian Wanjun head up Mount Sanqing to propose to their senior sister, only to be stopped outside the temple hall by the nonchalant Qi Feng. To prove their sincerity, the three present their proudest betrothal gifts in medicinal treasures, martial prowess, and immense wealth, only for Qi Feng to effortlessly crush them all. Entirely devoted to the senior sister, the three leave the mountain in humbled defeat. The senior sister then comes out to tease Qi Feng and reveals that he possesses a Pure Yang Physique: if he does not consummate a marriage with a woman of Nine Yin Physique before the month ends, he will die. Handing him a marriage contract arranged years ago by the Sanqing Immortal Master, she sends Qi Feng rushing down the mountain to save his own life.
