In their youth, Lin Wan unexpectedly rescued the down-and-out Lu Chengyan who was wandering the streets, becoming the sole salvation in his bleak life. Driven by youthful obsession, Lu Chengyan mistakenly tried to tie their reunion to an unresolved debt and took her mother's heirloom ring, planting the seeds of misunderstanding and estrangement that lasted seven years. Seven years later, Lu Chengyan, now at the peak of the business world, reunites with Lin Wan, who lives a quiet, enduring life. Harboring seven years of guilt and deep devotion, he silently protects her, while she, constrained by past regrets, restrains her feelings and repeatedly tests the waters. Their romance faces numerous obstacles: Lu Chengyan's ambitious cousin makes things difficult, and Vice President Shen Hong, driven by jealous love, constantly plots against Lin Wan, piling one misunderstanding upon another.
