During the Northern Song Dynasty, Hu Yonger, a young girl from Hangzhou, was born because of a mysterious fairy painting, and was regarded as an outcast by her father since childhood. At the age of fifteen, she was taught the Ruyi Treasure Volume by the Holy Aunt, and learned to scatter beans into soldiers, clip grass into horses, and transform illusions. To escape a forced marriage, she ran away from home and met Bu Ji, thereby stepping into the sorcery martial world hidden in the mortal realm. After moving to Tokyo, Yonger met Wang Ze, a low-ranking military man, and married him. Wang Ze raised troops in Beizhou due to his inability to endure oppression, and Yonger used sorcery to assist him, stepping step by step from a runaway girl into an 'demon empress'. With desires, war, and sorcery out of control, the imperial court sent troops to quell the rebellion, and a major battle between humans and demons, freedom and ambition finally unfolded.
